Pour over a cotton pad to fully soak it, then lightly sweep over face, eyes and lips without rubbing. To remove stubborn eye makeup, leave the cotton pad over eyes for a few seconds, then gently sweep away. Repeat with a fresh pad if necessary. Do not rinse.
